I had a very plesant stay with 28 hotel during my short trip to Sydney. It is very close to central station and close to everything that you need in a short stay (Supermarket, Mall, Restaurants and Fastfood). The free pastries in the morning and 24 hour coffee machine is amazing. All the front desk people were very accomodating. The rooms are a bit outdated but still decent to stay. I will definitely stay again here.

We left our luggage at the front desk this morning when checking out. When we returned to the hotel to retrieve our luggage, they made us wait for about 20 minutes. Does it really take 20 minutes to find luggage? No, apparently they are having a big staff conference (which can be heard from the lobby) that takes top priority over their guests. Date: 05/10/2023

Value for money, accessible location, and accommodating staff! While I could not check-in early when I arrived, the front desk staff was more than willing to assist me store my luggage. That was truly a great help. I also overlooked the check-out time and they were patient with me while I was packing my bags. The complementary snacks and coffee at the lobby was also impressive!

The staff are nice and helpful, and the room is quiet and clean. The hotel is close to cafes and the central station.

Central Station is around the corner, a minute walk only. Free coffee, tea, muffins and apples in the foyer was a big bonus.

Nothing really, the staff donÂ¿t stay at the front desk, theyÂ¿re in the office behind the counter and only come out when they see you at the desk. They monitor via CCTV from the office. Just not use to that, but it wasnÂ¿t an issue at all, just dif
